  1. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work commences. This deposit secures your place in our development schedule.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the website is made live. The website will not be launched until full payment is received.

3.2 Payment Methods

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Refunds

  • Hosting and Domain Costs: If your project includes hosting and/or domain registration, these costs are non-refundable once paid.
  • Other Costs: Costs other than hosting and domain registration are refundable under specific conditions.

4.2 Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 1-2%.
  • Post-Cancellation Refunds: Cancellations made after the initial 6-hour period will not be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed for any remaining project costs, excluding non-refundable items such as hosting and domain registration.
  1. Scope of Services

5.1 Development and Design

  • We will work with you to develop and design a website according to the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal.
  • Any additional features or changes requested outside the initial scope of work may incur additional charges.

5.2 Maintenance

  • Website maintenance includes regular updates, security patches, and troubleshooting. It does not cover new features or extensive redesigns unless specified in a separate maintenance agreement.

5.3 Hosting

  • Hosting services include the provision of server space, management, and technical support. Hosting plans are subject to the terms of our hosting provider.
  1. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Content Provision

  • You are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and any other materials required for the development and design of your website.

6.2 Feedback and Approvals

  • Timely feedback and approvals are required from you to ensure the project progresses according to schedule. Delays in providing feedback may affect the project timeline.
  1. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

  • Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and development. However, we retain the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

7.2 Licenses

  • Any third-party tools, software, or materials used in the development process will be subject to their respective licenses and terms. We will ensure that any necessary licenses are obtained for your use.
  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation will continue even after the completion of the project.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability for any damages arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in which the issue arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  1. Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate the project if you fail to meet your obligations under these Terms, including but not limited to payment obligations and timely provision of content. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association] or similar body.
  1. Changes to Terms
